All successful allotted for the 4-year (8 semesters) B.Tech programs (CSE and ECE) at Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Sri City, Chittoor, Near Tada, Satyavedu Mandal, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh of Special Rounds through CSAB 2018 are required to report In-Person at the last allotted institute (IIIT, Sri City, Chittoor) directly and complete the admission formalities during 1 - 6 Aug, 2018. Please note those candidates who DO NOT report to the allotted Institute (IIIT Sri City) within the specified period, their seats will be canceled by default.

a) Tuition Fee, Admission fee, Caution Deposit, Hostel Fee and Medical Insurance:

Candidates who have paid Rs 71,500/- or Rs.35,000/- or Rs.31,500/- or Rs.15,000/- Rs. as Seat acceptance fee to JoSAA/CSAB 2018 are required to pay the balance fee mentioned below for 1 st Semester (August – December 2018) through State Bank Collect only (online). D. How to reach IIIT Sri City & information on logistics support
We are happy to let you know that the Institute has made arrangements for bus facility from Sullurpeta Bus Depot, Sullurpeta Railway Station, Tada Bus Depot and Tada Railway station and back. This facility is available from 7.00 am to 5 pm from 1st Aug to 3rd Aug, 2018. The detailed timeline schedule is given below:

Driving to IIIT Sri City

Bus to IIIT Sri City
From Koyambedu Bus Station (CMBT -Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus) – The Institute is at a distance of 70Kms. There are plenty of buses to Tada from Koyambedu Bus Station, one such bus is Bus No.114 - 'Chennai to Kalahasthi' which has a stopover at Tada.
Trains to IIIT Sri City
Tada: From Chennai Central the closest Railway Station to Sri City is Tada. There are local trains running almost every hour to and from Chennai Central to Tada Railway Station. Travel time by Chennai Local Train to Tada is 1.40 minutes.
Sullurpeta: Reaching Sullurpeta by a train would be the easiest way to reach IIIT S. Sullurpeta is on Vijayawada-Chennai line. Most of express trains from Kolkata, New Delhi & Hyderabad stop here. From the railway station one can take an auto or APSRTC bus to reach Sri City.
Rent a Car
Sri City is 70 Kms from Chennai Koyambedu Bus Station (CMBT-Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus). The approximate return Cab/Taxi fare from Chennai would be for Indica/Etios/Swift Desire (4 people) Rs. 2,800/- and Innova (6 people) Rs. 3,500/- Toll and Permit charges are extra.
E. Hotels in and around Sri City:
There are a good number of hotels in and around Sri City, especially because it is the hub for many international organisations and manufacturing companies. Hotels in and around Sri City are available on Hotels - In & Around Sri City
F.Hostel, Mess, etc. :
1. Hostel & Mess Facility:
IIIT Sri City is a well-built residential Institute and it is mandatory for all students to stay on-campus. Separate and comfortable hostel accommodation for boys and girls are available with all necessary facilities. Students are given a shared accommodation (two per room in normal course). Hostel registration for the students will take place during admission. Allotment of rooms will be made subsequently and students will be informed on or before the date of joining (13th Aug, 2018). Cafeteria is also available for students at the campus.
Bank representatives from SBI will be available at our campus during admission period. First year students can make use of this facility to open savings account with SBI. To open a savings account with SBI, the students would be required to submit Institute Admission letter and Two Passport size photos. Bank representatives present at the campus will facilitate to open a new account. Additionally, ICICI Bank, Indian Overseas Bank and Syndicate Bank ATMs are conveniently located within Sri City.
3.Computers / Laptops:
Students will be required to go through few introductory courses on computers from first year. Hence, students are required to bring their own laptop, pen drive with at least 16GB storage and network cable (2 Meter CAT 5/6) for this purpose.
Mobile connections can be availed from IIIT Sri City campus. Students can get connections from mobile network service providers, like Jio, Airtel, etc.
